Welcome to Precision Paediatrics
Meet the Founder, Lauren
Lauren is a paediatric exercise physiologist with a deep passion for supporting children, families, and the professionals who work alongside them.
She is the founder of Foundations of Paediatric Rehabilitation, an education program created to support exercise physiologists and allied health professionals to feel confident, capable, and well-equipped in paediatric care—particularly within the NDIS space. Through her courses and one-on-one mentoring, Lauren works closely with practitioners to strengthen clinical reasoning, elevate professional standards, and build sustainable, values-aligned careers.
Lauren is known for her generosity with knowledge and her commitment to the profession. She regularly mentors ESSA students and early-career clinicians, contributes to industry education and advocacy, and actively supports the ongoing development of paediatric exercise physiology in Australia.
At the heart of her work is a simple mission: to uplift the profession by empowering exercise physiologists to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care that truly makes a difference for children and their families.

“Lauren’s help through 1:1 mentorship has been invaluable. I have learnt so many new things, changed my way of thinking and have narrowed down my ability to plan and prescribe. I am very fortunate to have learnt from her.”
