Within the high level mentorship we work on a 1:1 basis, however if you are looking for support for your whole team and implementing paediatric services we offer clinic consultancy, which incorporates clinical skillset, leadership skillset and sustainable business implementation.

We focus on paediatric exercise intervention, refining your therapy skillset, expanding your clinical reasoning and critical thinking, patient engagement strategies, self leadership and team leadership, communication skills, reflective practice and strategic career development.

Programs are typically 6-12 months long. We find that consistent support over a period of time is best to be able to implement the change required to reach your goals.

The main requirement is a commitment to learning and professional growth. It is often more effective if clinicians have completed the Foundations course prior to completing high level mentorship, however if you haven’t completed the Foundations course 1:1 mentorship is still an available option, we can discuss your needs in the discovery call.
